  • Onion(thinly sliced) - 5 nos
  • Corriander leaves(finely chopped) -
  • Pudhina leaves(finely chopped, if you do not like this flavour just avoid.) - 1 spring
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) - 3 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) -
  • Curry leaves(chopped) -
  • Salt(to taste) -
  • Besan flour - 200 gm
  • Coconut oil(for deep frying) -

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients with the besan flour by adding little water just enough to make balls.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai.
  3. Make lemon sized balls press a little.
  4. Transfer to heated oil.
  5. Fry it until it turns golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil and spread on tissue paper to absorb oil.
  7. :- Serve hot with tomato sauce!!!
