Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Ripe bananas
  • 250 g Dates
  • 250 g Apples
  • 250 g Seedless grapes Green
  • 1 no Pineapple
  • 250g/As reqd Sugar
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 100 g Cashew nut
  • 100 g Almonds

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious halwa, first cook the ripe bananas well and remove seeds.
  • Grind the cooked bananas, dates and apples.
  • Cut the pine apple and extract juice.
  • Boil sugar in a cup of water.
  • When the sugar solutions turns syrupy, add pineapple juice and stir well.
  • As it gets thickened, add the fruit pulp and cook well.
  • Add seedless grapes and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Finally add cashews, raisins and almonds and remove from fire when the halwa gets separated from the sides of the container.
  • You can make pieces out of this or you can serve with the help of a spoon.
