Instructions
  1. For preparing mixed fruit pie, dip all the friuts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and drain the water.
  2. Roast flour in butter and add milk, sugar and condensed milk to it and stir well. Boil it in low flame.
  3. Take it from flame and mix egg with the above mixture to make a white sauce.
  4. Add the fruits to this sauce and mix well.
  5. Pour this mixture to a pie dish.
  6. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the mixture evenly.
  7. Garnish with strawberry and cherries and sprinkle lots of mozzarella cheese on top of it.
  8. Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degrees till its colour turns light brown.
  9. Serve hot or cold.
