:- For Carrot & cabbage thoran:
Follow the same method above, but do not add much water, just sprinkle some water drops.
:- For Cheera & raw banana thoran:
Follow the same method above. First add banana to the sauteed items and then cook it for some time, then add cheera. Not much water is required.
:- You can use any other combinations of 2 or more veg which are left over and make tasty thorans.
