A tasty and healthy curry for kids

Daal
cooked
Ghee

Carrot
grated
1
tbsp
Beet root
grated
1/2

Potato
chopped
1
clove
Garlic
crushed
1/2

Tomato
finely chopped
Turmeric powder
A pinch
1

Green chilly
slit, optional
Salt
As reqd
Water
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing mixed vegetable curry, first boil the vegetables together and keep aside with the remaining
water
.
Heat
ghee
in a pan, add
garlic
and fry.
Add
tomato
and saute well.
Add
turmeric powder
, green chilly,
salt
and cooked vegetables with remaining
water
.
Let it boil for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked daal and cover it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Mixed vegetable curry for kids is ready.
Serve it with rice/chappathi.
Can be preserved in fridge for 2 days.
