Instructions
  1. For preparing mixed vegetable dosa, add together chickpea flour, carrot, onion, cabbage, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt. Make a batter of dosa batter consistency.
  2. Apply oil on a tawa and make dosa`s.
  3. Sprinkle finely cut coriander leaves or mint leaves.
  4. Mixed vegetable dosa is ready. Serve hot.
