Instructions
  1. For preparing mixed vegetable kuruma, heat a pressure cooker and add oil. Add garam masala and onion. Shallow fry it.
  2. Grind it and keep aside.
  3. In the same cooker, add tomato and fry. Add ground onion paste. green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.
  4. Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and salt. Add the vegetables except paneer.
  5. Add little water and pressure cook it.
  6. When done, add paneer and coconut milk. Cook it.
  7. Add the coriander leaves on top and serve hot with chapathis.
  8. Mixed vegetable kuruma is ready.
