Paneer

Greed chillies
chopped
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tbsp

Garam masala
1
tsp
Cumin seeds
1
tsp
Coriander powder

nos
Tomato
chopped

tsp
Chilly powder
1
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
cup
Thick
coconut
milk
Salt
As reqd
Coriander leaves
Few
Instructions
For preparing mixed vegetable kuruma, heat a pressure cooker and add
oil
. Add
garam masala
and
onion
. Shallow fry it.
Grind it and keep aside.
In the same cooker, add
tomato
and fry. Add ground
onion
paste.
green chillies
and
ginger
-
garlic
paste.
Add
turmeric
, chilly powder, coriander and
salt
. Add the vegetables except paneer.
Add little
water
and pressure cook it.
When done, add paneer and
coconut
milk
. Cook it.
Add the coriander leaves on top and serve hot with chapathis.
Mixed vegetable kuruma is ready.
