Mixed Vegetable Mint Gravy

This gravy is different from other gravy. we Usuallyuse mint for Flavor purpose but in this it main gravy is mint only. it good go for all indian breads . nice aroma.

Instructions
  1. Clean and wash all mint and coriander and curry leaves
  2. Cut onions and tomato roughly and take green chili and ginger and garlic
  3. Boil all vegetable and keep aside
  4. In pan add oil and onions , tomato and green chili and ginger and garlic saute and allow to cool
  5. Take blender add onions and tomato mixture Grind roughly
  6. Add mint coriander and curry leaves together and grind the smoothie paste.
  7. In other pan add oil and add jeera for temper.
  8. Add the paste which we grind and cook till aroma comes
  9. Add turmeric and salt and mix it well
  10. Add boiled vegetables which we boiled before and cook for 5 to 7 mins and off the flame
  11. Noe its ready to serve Mixed Vegetable Mint Gravy.
