50 gm French Beans1 no Potato (big)50 gm Carrot1 no Capcicum (big)2 nos Onions (big)4 nos Green chillies100 gm Gram flour30 gm Rice flour1 1/2 tsp SaltAsafoetida (A pinch, Kaayam)1 tsp Red chilly powder1 1/2 cups WaterOil for deep frying Ginger (A small piece)Curry leaves (A few)Coriander leaves (A few) Cut all the vegetables into thin lengthy pieces and wash and drain the water completely.Add the flours in a Bowl and add all other ingredients and slowly add water and mix them to make a loose dough.Add washed vegetables and leaves.Boil the oil in a pan.When boiled, put the dough spreadingly like pakoda spread and fry till cooked on low flame.
