Ingredients
  

  • Pizza base(ready made) - 1 no, ready
  • 125 g Asparagus spears cut into pieces
  • 75 g Broccoli cut into florets
  • 60 g Zucchini sliced
  • 2 nos Spring onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh basil chopped
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • 30 g Mozzarella cheese grated
  • Black pepper As reqd, freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mixed vegetable pizza, first place the pizza base on a greased baking tray.
  • Arrange asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, spring onions and fresh basil over the dough.
  • Now, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and ground black pepper on top.
  • Now we are entering the final stage of our preparation of mixed vegetable pizza. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden in color and crisp.
  • Mixed vegetable pizza, a yummy dish, is ready. Serve hot.
