  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 6 tsp
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 3 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Stock - 3 cups

Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a vessel.
  2. Add all the chopped vegetables except tomatoes and sautT for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. (*For making veg stock:- Mix everything in a pressure cooker, cover it with lid and boil for 15 minutes. If you want to make a clear soup, don`t mash it. Turn off the gas. Strain using a strainer. Use the liquid for making soup.)Add the veg stock, tomatoes, bay leaves, nutmeg powder, salt and pepper powder and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and simmer gently for 30-35 minutes. For a clear soup, sieve it. Otherwise liquidize in a blender.
  5. Mix well the flour in milk and add to the soup.
  6. Cook until it becomes smooth and thick.
  7. Garnish with onion rings.
  8. :- Serve hot.
