Instructions
  1. Slice all the vegetable in equal length.
  2. Boil tomato in hot water, remove skin. Blend it in processor with red pepper sauce and tomato ketchup.
  3. Keep this aside.4) In a pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds and dry chillies.5) Add onion and ginger. Add the vegetables and fry again.6) Sprinkle little salt. Add ½ cup water and cook the vegetables.
  4. Add the tomato paste and cook again.8) Add butter on top before serving.9) Tasty mixed vegetable with tomato and butter is ready.
