Instructions
  1. For preparing molagootal - brahmin special recipe, wash tuvar dal and boil in cooker with sufficient quantity of water and turmeric powder.
  2. Cut and wash white gourd and pumpkin. Boil in water. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Add the cooked tuvar dal(step 1) to the cooked vegetable.
  4. Grind the grated coconut with red chillies and jeerakam.
  5. Add this ground item to the 3rd step and cook for few minutes.
  6. Fry mustard seeds and urad dal in coconut oil and add to the mixture.
  7. Add curry leaves. Molagootal - brahmin special recipe, is ready.
