radish
with stem and leaves : 1 no
Onions finely chopped : 3 nos

red chillies
: 4
Rye : ½ tsp
Turmeric powder
: ½ t sp
Red
chilli powder
: 1 tsp
Jaggery
: 1”pc

: 2
Salt
: to taste
Instructions
Divide the white
radish
into half length wise and chop into thin half - moons along with the stem and leaves.
Enter Step
Heat
oil
in a pan and add rye.
After it splutters add
red chillies
, chopped
onion
and sauté till the
onion
turn translucent and pink in color.

Add the cut
radish
along with the greens,
turmeric
and red
chilli powder
,
salt
and ¼ cup
water
and mix well.

Lower the flame, cover and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or till the
radish
are cooked.
