Instructions
  1. fry the moong dal with adding oil
  2. boil the moon dal and smash it
  3. in a big vessel add water and boil it
  4. once the water get boiled add boiled moong dal and mix well
  5. add sugar and mix it
  6. add milk and mix well
  7. now add cardamom powder and mix it
  8. in a pan heat the ghee and fry the cashews
  9. transfer the cashews into moong dal and mix well allow to cook for 15 mins in medium flame
  10. before the turn off the flame add grated coconut and mix well
  11. moong dal kheer / pasiparuppu payasam is ready to serve
