This vada is made from split Moong dal. this is spicy delicious snack crispy outside and soft inside. Moongal dal is very healthy and potato give nice combo to vada

  • Soak Moong dal for 2 -3 hours
  • Boil potato and mash and keep aside
  • Grind green chili, ginger, funnel seed and add drain moong dal , grind coarsely
  • In bowl transfer and add turmeric and salt and asafoetida mix well and keep aside
  • Now deep fry in oil and drain
  • Now its ready to serve . Moong dal Vada
