Instructions
  1. Soak Moong dal for 2 -3 hours
  2. Boil potato and mash and keep aside
  3. Grind green chili, ginger, funnel seed and add drain moong dal , grind coarsely
  4. In bowl transfer and add turmeric and salt and asafoetida mix well and keep aside
  5. Now deep fry in oil and drain
  6. Now its ready to serve . Moong dal Vada
