Instructions
  1. Pressure cook the moong adding water up to 3 or 4 whistles until very soft.
  2. Take the wheat flour in a bowl.
  3. Add palak, garlic, chilliesand all the masalas along with salt.
  4. Add the moong and 1 tbsp of oil.
  5. Mix the flour well with the ingredients and make a dough adding the leftover water of the boiled moong water if needed.
  6. Make a smooth dough.
  7. Roll them into rotis and fry them from both sides putting oil.
  8. :- Serve them hot with Mint chutney or curds.
