  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(as required) -

Instructions
  1. Wash the sprouts nicely
  2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seed
  3. Add shallots,green chilly,ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add sprouts and mix it well.
  5. Cover the top and cook it for 10 minutes
  6. Sprout stir fry is ready to serve.
