Mor Sambhar

Mor sambhar is a different sambhar made with mangoes. It can substituted with white pumpkins also. First we need to grind a masala paste that is suitable for the sambhar and then we add curd dal and the paste to get this sambhar. This sambhar best goes with white rice.

Instructions
  1. In water add cut mangos and tomato
  2. separately fry and grind chilli, dhania, fenu greek, sesame seeds, channa dal, coconut and curry leafs
  3. now add the cooked dal to it
  4. now add the ground paste
  5. as it boils add well beaten curd to it
  6. simmer the flame for 5 mins and serve.
