  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Buttermilk(thin)(Moru) - 1 cup
  • Water(Sufficient to make the batter thinner than the dosa batter) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Curd chillies/Green chillies - 3 -
  • Curry leaves(A few) -
  • Asafoetida(A pinch, Kayam) -
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
For seasoning:-

Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl except for the chillies and oil.
  2. Add water to get a freeflow pouring consistency.
  3. Heat oil in a heavybottomed pan or a kadai.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
  5. Add chillies and curry leaves.
  6. Add the rice batter and keep stirring continuously for 2 mins.
  7. When is water is completely absorbed and it gets the texture of halwa, remove from the flame.
  8. Pout it on a plate.
  9. Make diamond or square slices.
  10. :- Serve hot.
