Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Buttermilk(thin) Moru
  • Water Sufficient to make the batter thinner than the dosa batter
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 - Curd chillies/Green chillies
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Asafoetida A pinch, Kayam
  • 1/2 cup Oil

For seasoning:-

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl except for the chillies and oil.
  • Add water to get a freeflow pouring consistency.
  • Heat oil in a heavybottomed pan or a kadai.
  • Add chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the rice batter and keep stirring continuously for 2 mins.
  • When is water is completely absorbed and it gets the texture of halwa, remove from the flame.
  • Pout it on a plate.
  • Make diamond or square slices.
  • :- Serve hot.
