Instructions
  1. In pressure pan add oil and temper cloves and cinnamon, cardamom
  2. Now add chopped onion and green chili saute well
  3. Now add Ginger garlic paste saute well till raw smell goes
  4. Now add clove cinnamon powder mix well
  5. Now add chopped tomato and cook till soft
  6. Now add chopped mushroom and cook well
  7. Now add salt and red chili powder and cook well
  8. Now add curd and lime juice one by one and stir well
  9. Now add water 1:1.5 cup water and bring to boil
  10. Now add soaked rice and mix well and close lid cook for ten mins in low flame
  11. Now its ready to serve mix slightly. Mughal mushroom biriyani is ready
