Instructions
  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan.
  2. Add whole garam masala fry for 3 minutes.saute the mint & fenugreek leaves lightly,
  3. saute the onions till golden brown.
  4. Add the ginger & garlic paste and fry till the raw small goes.
  5. Add chilly, corionder, cumin, turmaric & garam masala powder, and stair lightly.
  6. Add boiled mutton and fry 2 minutes more now add milk & cashownut paste and bring to boil.
  7. Seasoning with salt and finish with cream.
  8. Garnish with corionder leaves.
