Muhallabia is a middle eastern milk pudding. Muhallabia is a traditional Arab dessert. Muhallabia is awfully good and easy to make .Muhallabia is delicate,silky and sweet.

  • Mix the cornflour with little milk or water.
  • Heat milk in a saucepan along with sugar.When it starts to boil,add the cornflour mix ,stir and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame until it thickens.
  • Add rose water(I used rose essence) and stir again.Switch off the flame and allows it to cool.
  • Once cooled,pour into the bowls and keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Yummy,sweety Muhallabia is ready.Garnish with crushed pistachios and serve.
