Muhallabia is a middle eastern milk pudding. Muhallabia is a traditional Arab dessert. Muhallabia is awfully good and easy to make .Muhallabia is delicate,silky and sweet.
Heat milk in a saucepan along with sugar.When it starts to boil,add the cornflour mix ,stir and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame until it thickens.
Add rose water(I used rose essence) and stir again.Switch off the flame and allows it to cool.
Once cooled,pour into the bowls and keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Yummy,sweety Muhallabia is ready.Garnish with crushed pistachios and serve.
