Instructions Style 1:- 1)Grind together shallots and red chillies. 2)Add salt and 2 tbsp coconut oil and mix well. Style 2:- 1)Grind together shallots and red chillies. 2)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai. 3)Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves. 4)Add chammandhi and saute. :- Optionally you can add 1 tomato while grinding. Style 3:- 1)Heat coconut oil in a pan or a kadai. 2)Saute shallots. 3)Add 2 sprigs curry leaves, tomato, chilly and 1/2 tsp pepper (optional). 4)Add salt. 5)Grind it to a paste.
