Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Saute the onion and green chillies.
  3. When the onions turn brown, add curry leaves followed by red chilly powder, coriander powder, asafoetida and salt.
  4. Saute for a min.
  5. Add tamarind pulp.
  6. When it thickens, add the piece of jaggery.
  7. :- Serve with idli, dosa or even rice.
