Multi (grain bread slices – 4 nos)4 pieces Tomato (sliced roundly, Big)4 pieces Salad cucumber (sliced round)4 nos Lettuce leavesFor grinding:-1/2 bunch Mint leaves2 nos Garlic (cloves)1/2 inch Ginger1 no Green chiliSalt to taste Make mint chutney by grinding together mint leaves, garlic, ginger,green chilly and required salt.Spread a tbsp full of mint chutney on one side of all the bread slices.On one slice place a lettuce leaf and 2 tomato slices and 2 cucumber slices.Place another lettuce leaf and cover with another slice of bread with mint chutney spread on it.Make a similar sandwich with the other bread slices.Using a knife(preferably a bread knife), slice the sandwich across into 2 pieces.Multigrain veg sandwich is ready and serve with a glass of orange juice.Happy cooking :) Tamil
