Multigrain Veg Sandwich
Sandwich made with multi grained bread and veggies

Multi
grain bread slices – 4 nos
4
pieces
Tomato
sliced roundly, Big
4
pieces
Salad cucumber
sliced round

nos
Lettuce
leaves
For grinding:-
1/2
bunch
Mint leaves
2
nos
Garlic
cloves
1/2
inch
Ginger
1
no
Green chili
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Make mint chutney by grinding together
mint leaves
,
garlic
,
ginger
,green chilly and required
salt
.
Spread a tbsp full of mint chutney on one side of all the bread slices.
On one slice place a
lettuce
leaf and 2
tomato
slices and 2
cucumber
slices.
Place another
lettuce
leaf and cover with another slice of bread with mint chutney spread on it.
Make a similar sandwich with the other bread slices.
Using a knife(preferably a bread knife), slice the sandwich across into 2 pieces.
Multigrain veg sandwich is ready and serve with a glass of
orange
juice.
