For grinding:-

  • Make mint chutney by grinding together mint leaves, garlic, ginger,green chilly and required salt.
  • Spread a tbsp full of mint chutney on one side of all the bread slices.
  • On one slice place a lettuce leaf and 2 tomato slices and 2 cucumber slices.
  • Place another lettuce leaf and cover with another slice of bread with mint chutney spread on it.
  • Make a similar sandwich with the other bread slices.
  • Using a knife(preferably a bread knife), slice the sandwich across into 2 pieces.
  • Multigrain veg sandwich is ready and serve with a glass of orange juice.
