Instructions
  1. Boil water with crushed cardamom.
  2. Add tea leaves and bring to brisk boil.
  3. Switch off the flame. Allow the tea to infuse. :-alternatively you may boil milk and add tea leaves The choice is yours. 4)Strain into a vessel and add hot milk and sugar.
  4. :- Munnar Cardamom Chai is ready!! :- Serve the Munnar Cardamom Chai hot!!!
