Instructions
  1. Clean the chicken and cut it into medium size pieces.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Fry the cashew nuts, 1 sliced onion, peppercorns, coriander seeds , garlic and green chillies in it.
  4. Fry till all the ingredients are cooked.
  5. Grind together the fried mixture along with ginger in a mixer grinder.
  6. Heat the remaining ghee in the pressure cooker.
  7. Add 1 sliced onion, chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder and fry for 2 mins.
  8. Add the chicken pieces and salt.
  9. Add the ground masala and little water.
  10. Pressure cook it for 10 - 15 mins on a medium-high flame.
  11. :- Serve hot with Jeera rice or hot rotis.
