1/2 glass Parboiled rice (Kuthari)1/2 cup Drumstick leaves (Muringa ela)1/4 of Coconut (grated)Salt (As reqd)Oil (For applying on tawa) For preparing muringa ela dosa, first soak kuthari in sufficient water for 5 hours.Wash and drain rice. Grind the rice to a fine batter by adding little water.Stir in grated coconut and grind again. Do not make the batter watery.Add required salt and stir in drumstick leaves. Mix well.Heat a tawa and apply some oil. Roll out dosas and fry to a golden brown color on both sides.Muringa ela dosa, a nutritious and easy to prepare dish, is ready. Serve hot. Kerala
