Instructions
  1. For preparing muringa ela dosa, first soak kuthari in sufficient water for 5 hours.
  2. Wash and drain rice. Grind the rice to a fine batter by adding little water.
  3. Stir in grated coconut and grind again. Do not make the batter watery.
  4. Add required salt and stir in drumstick leaves. Mix well.
  5. Heat a tawa and apply some oil. Roll out dosas and fry to a golden brown color on both sides.
  6. Muringa ela dosa, a nutritious and easy to prepare dish, is ready. Serve hot.
