Instructions
  1. For preparing muringa ela thoran, heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard, rice and red chillies.
  2. Add shallots, garlic and fry.
  3. Add turmeric and muringa ela. Fry for 5 minutes. Sprinkle little salt water and cook.
  4. When done, add the grated coconut and mix well.
  5. Muringa ela thoran is ready.
