Instructions
  1. For preparing the delicious and tangy favorite, first cut muringakka and mango into small pieces. With drumsticks, note that the outer skin should be scraped well with a kitchen knife. Chop into small pieces only after scraping all waste.
  2. Cook these pieces along with chopped green chillies, salt and enough water. Do not overcook, otherwise drumsticks pieces will get broken up.
  3. Grind together coconut, turmeric, onion and garlic together to a paste and add the mixture to the cooked muringakka mixture.
  4. Allow heating for one minute in simmer. Do not boil the dish as it is likely to curdle destroying the dish.
  5. Pour the entire contents into a serving bowl. You can season the tangy flavored dish with some shallots and curry leaves. Enjoy the dish with hot rice for noon day meals. You can note the easy dish in you menu chart for a healthy tomorrow.
  6. Opt for vegetarian dishes for a healthy lifestyle and disease free tomorrows. Enjoy the dish.

Need to fry the onion before grinding it with the cocunut. The raw taste of the onion was aweful.
