  • Coriander powder - 3 tbsp
  • Oil - 6 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Curry leaves(A few) -
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Add curry leaves to it and saute.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for sometime until u the raw smell goes.
  4. Add the mushrooms and fry on low flame for 15 - 20 mins.
  5. Add the required salt and the powders in the 10th minute.
  6. Take it from the flame and allow it set for 10 mins.
  7. :- Serve with rotis or rice.
