Mushrom Curry Mushroom semi-gravy type curry 1 kg Mushroom (medium pieces)3 tbsp Coriander powder6 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd)Curry leaves (A few)Ginger (garlic paste - 1 tbsp) Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add curry leaves to it and saute.Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for sometime until u the raw smell goes.Add the mushrooms and fry on low flame for 15 - 20 mins.Add the required salt and the powders in the 10th minute.Take it from the flame and allow it set for 10 mins.:- Serve with rotis or rice.
