For preparing mushroom and vegetable cheese bake, first slice mushrooms and then chop carrot, beans, green and yellow peppers and onion.
In a pan heat half the quantity of butter and saute chopped garlic and mushroom. Stir for a minute and keep aside in a separate bowl.
Add remaining butter in the pan and saute chopped vegetables: carrot, beans and onion. Add required salt and sautT for a minute and keep aside to cool.
Once the vegetables are cooled, mix all remaining ingredients in the bowl: previously sauted mushroom, green and yellow peppers, green chillies, grated cheese and fresh bread crumbs.
Whisk the eggs along with salt and pepper and pour into the pan.
Stir in the entire mixture into a non-stick baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes till soft.
Mushroom and vegetable cheese bake, a nutritious and tasty dish, is ready. Cut in triangles and serve hot.
