This is simple recipe . basil is good for health and its combine with pepper and mushroom . Both are herbs and makes good relife for cold and cough.

  • Cut the mushroom and keep aside
  • In bowl combine all powders and mix well with little water
  • Add mushroom and marinate for 15 mins
  • Deep fry with oil and drain out when its crispy
  • Now in pan add oil and saute ginger garlic and onion
  • Add little salt and soya sauce and mix well
  • Now add fried mushroom basil leaves and pepper and cook for 2 mins and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Mushroom basil pepper fry
