Instructions
  1. Chop the onion, tomato, capsicum and mushroom
  2. In a pressure Cooker, heat the oil and ghee, and temper the bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, aniseeds.
  3. Add onion and green chilli and saute it until onion turns into brown
  4. add tomato, coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix well
  5. add ginger garlic paste and mix it
  6. add capsicum and mix it
  7. add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix it
  8. now add mushroom and mix well and allow it to cook for 5 mins
  9. now add (2 cup rice) 4 cups of water and allow to boil
  10. now add rice and keep the flame in medium for 5 mins and close the lid and leave for 1 whistle
  11. mushroom capsicum briyani is ready to serve
