Mushroom-Capsicum Fry
Tasty and Spicy Vegetarian dish
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mushrooms cut into half each
- 3 nos Onion diced
- 1 no Capsicum diced
- 1 tsp Ginger julienned
- 1 tsp Garlic julienned
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt As rqrd
Instructions
- Cover the kadai with a lid and keep it in a low flame for 10 minutes.
- When it is cooked , remove from fire and serve hot with rotis and parathas.
