Instructions
  1. For preparing mushroom-chicken soup, first boil water in a vessel. Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a vessel. SautT in the mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes on low flame along with salt. Add this to the pan of hot water and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the vessel from the flame and strain it into a vessel.
  4. Again heat the clear soup with chicken pieces. Allow the chicken pieces to become tender.
  5. Garnish with parsley and lime juice. Remove it from the flame.
  6. Mushroom-chicken soup is ready. Serve hot.
