  • red chili powder 1/4 tsp -
  • Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Rice flour : 1 tsp -
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp -
  • maida 1/2 tsp -
  • lemon 1 tsp -
  • Oil to fry -

Instructions
  1. chop the mushroom and clean with hot water
  2. in a bowl add mushroom, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, rice flour, corn flour, maida and lemon
  3. mix well and marinate for half an hour
  4. heat the oil in the pan and fry the mushroom.
  5. mushroom chili ready to serve.
