Ingredients

Mushroom
cut into small pieces, white
1
no
Tomato
large size

Onion
large size
6
cloves
Garlic
2
tbsp
Ginger
3
tbsp
Meat Masala
use any brand or make your own by grinding together
cardamom
,
cloves
, cinnamon, cumin and pepper
Salt
as reqd
Oil
as reqd
2
tsp
Turmeric powder
3
tsp
Coriander powder
3
tsp
Chili powder
Instructions
Wash and cook
mushroom
in a pot.
Add
salt
, 1 tsp
turmeric powder
and no need to add
water
.
In a wok, add
oil
, saute
onion
,
garlic
and
ginger
.
When the
onion
is brown add tomatoe and saute till the tomatoe leaves the skin.
Add the meat masala and corainder a saute for 2 minutes.
Add
salt
, remaining
turmeric
and chili powder and saute for few more minutes and allow this to cool.
When cooled, grind this in a blender and add back to the pot.
Add the cooked
mushroom
.
Add a tbsp of
cream
and let it simmer for a minute or two.
:- Serve with roti.
