Instructions
  1. Wash and cook mushroom in a pot.
  2. Add salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder and no need to add water.
  3. In a wok, add oil, saute onion, garlic and ginger.
  4. When the onion is brown add tomatoe and saute till the tomatoe leaves the skin.
  5. Add the meat masala and corainder a saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Add salt, remaining turmeric and chili powder and saute for few more minutes and allow this to cool.
  7. When cooled, grind this in a blender and add back to the pot.
  8. Add the cooked mushroom.
  9. Add a tbsp of cream and let it simmer for a minute or two.
  10. :- Serve with roti.
