Instructions
  1. For preparing mushroom cutlets, fry carrot and beans in oil.
  2. When its half fried add mushroom and drain the water.
  3. Add onion, ginger and green chilly to it and fry again.
  4. Mix this mushroom mixture with coriander leaves, pepper powder, potatoes, green peas and salt. Make small balls out of it and press it in desired shapes.
  5. Dip the cutlets in maida paste and bread crumbs and fry it in oil.
  6. Mushroom cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
