200 g Mushroom150 g Shallots/small onions4 nos Green chillies12 nos Curry leaves2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Turmeric powder2 tsp Pepper3 tsp Coconut oil Heat oil in a pan.Add sliced small onions and stir till it becomes golden in color.Add green chillies and curry leaves.Add sliced mushroom with turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper and required salt.Close the pan with a lid till the contents become dry and add coconut oil if needed.Serve hot.Note: 1)No need to add water as mushroom already has water content.
