this is best for vegetarian. we have all flavor and most common mutton biriyani. this taste yummy and good color looking. curd makes more taste and good lunch for lunch box
In bowl add chopped mushroom and tomatoes, gingergarlic paste and also leaves and all powder and curd
Mix well and marinate for 10 ,mins
In heavy bottom pan add oilghee some and pour mushroom masala and layer 1st portion rice
Now topping fried onions and mint and coriander and garam masala
likewise do going rice portion and if want add saffron and garam masala cook high flame in 5 mins and keep tawa in bottom remaining 15 mins in low falme
