Instructions
  1. Chop mushroom,ginger & garlic
  2. In a Heavy bottom pan add 4 cup of water and ginger garlic
  3. Now add mushroom and boil till it cook well
  4. Now add Soy sauce.
  5. Now add corn flour with little water mixture stir well
  6. When it become thick, break egg in bowl and beat well.
  7. Now add into mixture of mushroom.
  8. Stir well with lumps.
  9. Add celery, salt and pepper
  10. Now the Mushroom Egg drop Soup ready to serve.
