  • Long grain rice(boiled with grains separate and cooled) - 100 g
  • Springs onions(finely chopped) - 4 nos
  • Spring onion tops(finely chopped) - 1 cup
  • Mushrooms(sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto(A pinch) -
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing mushroom fried rice, heat the oil in a large non stick pan. Stir fry onions, mushrooms, ajinomoto and salt for about 3-4 minutes over a high flame.
  2. Add the rice, soya sauce, spring onions tops and stir fry for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Mushroom fried rice is ready. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve piping hot.
