For preparing mushroom fried rice, heat the oil in a large non stick pan. Stir fry onions, mushrooms, ajinomoto and salt for about 3-4 minutes over a high flame.
Add the rice, soya sauce, spring onions tops and stir fry for another 4-5 minutes.
Mushroom fried rice is ready. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve piping hot.
