  • Onion(sliced, small) - 1 no
  • Garlic clove(crushed) - 1 no
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard(ground) - 1/2 tsp
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
  • Cheese(shredded) - 1 cup
  • Dried parsley - 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Heat a pan, pour olive oil and mix together sliced onion, crushed garlic, red wine vinegar, oyster sauce, ground mustard, brown sugar and dried parsley.
  2. Bring the mixture to boil and add the mushrooms. Reduce the heat and cook for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve the mushroom hot with shredded cheese on above.
