200 g Button mushroom (quartered)1 cup Pasta (boiled and drained)1 tsp Garlic (chopped)1 tbsp Pasta sauce1 tsp PepperTomato – 1 no(de (seeded and diced), small)2 tsp Butter1 no Cucumber (diced, small)1/2 cup Mint leaves1 1/2 tbsp Yogurt1 tbsp Lemon juice3 leaves LettuceSalt (As reqd) Cook mushroom with lemon juice and salt in low heat for 10 minutes. Keep aside.Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, pepper powder and pasta sauce.Mix the pasta well in the sauce. Arrange lettuce leaves in a bowl and add pasta into it.Mix cooked mushrooms with tomato, cucumber and chopped mint leaves.Add yogurt, required salt and mix well.Transfer the mushroom mix over the pasta.Mushroom/khombi with mint and pasta, a yummy recipe, is ready.
