  • Pasta(boiled and drained) - 1 cup
  • garlic(chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Pasta sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Tomato – 1 no(de(seeded and diced), small) -
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Cucumber(diced, small) - 1 no
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Lettuce - 3 leaves
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Cook mushroom with lemon juice and salt in low heat for 10 minutes. Keep aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, pepper powder and pasta sauce.
  3. Mix the pasta well in the sauce. Arrange lettuce leaves in a bowl and add pasta into it.
  4. Mix cooked mushrooms with tomato, cucumber and chopped mint leaves.
  5. Add yogurt, required salt and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mushroom mix over the pasta.
  7. Mushroom/khombi with mint and pasta, a yummy recipe, is ready. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
