Mushroom Masala Restaurant Style Mushroom masala 500 gm Mushrooms1 tsp Poppy seeds (Khashakhasha)1 - OnionGarlic (A small piece)2 nos Green chillies2 tsp Garam masala powder1 tsp Pepper powderSalt (As reqd)2 tbsp Oil Wash the mushroom thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter poppy seeds.Add garlic, green chilly and onions and fry, until onions turn golden brown.Add salt, garam masala and pepper powder.Add mushrooms and stir well.Cover and cook on a low flame, till it is done.:- Do not use water.:- Serve hot with rice. :- You can add tomatoes, if you like.
