Mushroom
mixed with different types of flour and ingredients

Mushrooms
sliced

Gram flour
Kadala mavu

tbsp
All purpose flour
Maida
1
tbsp
Rice flour
1
tbsp
Pepper powder
1
pinch
Soda powder
Appakaaram
4
nos
Green chillies
chopped
1
piece
Ginger
chopped
1
tbsp
Curry leaves
1
tbsp
Coriander leaves
chopped
Oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
mushroom
pakkavada, take a bowl, add
gram flour
, maida, rice flour,
pepper powder
,
salt
and mix well adding some
water
. Keep it aside.
Heat
oil
in a vessel. Saute mushrooms,
ginger
,
green chillies
, coriander leaves and
curry leaves
. Remove it from the flame.
Put this mixture to the above flour mixture and mix well.
Heat
oil
in a deep frying pan. Spoon the mixture one by one in
oil
and fry till crispy.
Mushroom
pakkavada is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
