Instructions
  1. For preparing mushroom pakkavada, take a bowl, add gram flour, maida, rice flour, pepper powder, salt and mix well adding some water. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel. Saute mushrooms, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Remove it from the flame.
  3. Put this mixture to the above flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Spoon the mixture one by one in oil and fry till crispy.
  5. Mushroom pakkavada is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
