Then put the mushroom into this mix and mix it well .
Add the paneer also and mix it further, cover it with a plate and allow to cook it (if wants to make it gravy, then add some water otherwise cook in steam).
Mushroom paneer masala is ready and can be served as side dish for chappathi / poori / dosa or with rice for lunch / dinner .
