Mustard seeds

Cumin seeds
Jeerakam

Coriander leaves

Mint leaves
Puthina
Water
As reqd
Oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
mushroom
paneer masala, marinate the mushrooms in
salt
,
pepper powder
and
turmeric powder
.
Fry the paneer in
oil
well. Keep it aside.
In the same
oil
, fry the mushrooms. Keep it aside.
Grind
cloves
, cinnamon,
onion
,
tomato
,
green chillies
, coriander leaves,
mint leaves
and
water
. Keep it aside.
Splutter
mustard seeds
and
cumin seeds
in the same
oil
. Add in the ground paste and chilly powder. and fry well.
Add in the fried mushrooms and paneer. Mix well.
Mushroom
paneer masala is ready. Serve hot.
